Yes, the hotel has Wireless Internet through the hotel including the rooms, the hall, the business centre and the meeting rooms. WIFI free of charge at lobby. Internet fee at rooms 10€ for 24 hours or 3€ for 1hour (tax included)

Is the hotel accessible?

Yes, we offer 3 accessible rooms and disabled parking spaces. Guide dogs are also accepted at the hotel.

What is the pet policy?

Pets are not allowed at the hotel. Guide dogs only.

Do you have an onsite parking and how far is it from the hotel entrance?

Yes, we do have a FREE onsite parking for guests only on door step to the hotel entrance.

Are you allowed to smoke in the hotel and in the rooms?

It is not allowed to smoke within the hotel premises but we offer 38 smoking rooms. (separated from the other rooms). You can also find a smoking area at the exterior of the hotel.

Is it possible to have a 3rd person in the room?

Yes it is possible. Just mention it at the time of booking. Extra charge for the 3rd person.

Is it possible to get a cot?

Yes, we can provide you with a FREE cot. (limited units)

If I forget my razer or toothbrush will the hotel provide one?

yes, we have several amenities for you, just in case you forgot someting at home. We have: tooth brush&paste, razor, sawing kit, shoes poolish, comb, make up remover.

Do you have family rooms?

Yes, some rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Plus, it is free for children under 18 years old.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Yes - The Urbe restaurant offers traditional spanish dishes such as tapas and is opened every day from 10am to 11pm (Sunday Night closed). Lunch from 13:00 to 15:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 22:30.
